The location is excellent. I found easy access to many destinations by walk. Staff were friendly and professional too. They showed consistent courtesy and politeness.
Most importantly, the listing make a lie about air conditioning. They use only AC or heat for the entire building. I found hair and a blood smear in the bathroom. The room is small too.

the location was ideal, close to the main attractions (i particularly enjoyed the short walk to the market). the quadruple room was spacious with a split layout that provided privacy, a bonus. the staff offered a map and pointed out local points of interest, away from typical tourist spots. breakfast was great (especially the croissants!).
soundproofing was minimal, and noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable.

the room included a shower, toilet, bidet, and beds, fulfilling basic needs. a mini-bar with inexpensive drinks was available, which i found very convenient. breakfast had extra cost, though it offered a good variety of options.

The staff was amazing upon arrival. A lady checked us in. she took a map and pointed out places of interest that locals favored. she also suggested restaurants and the best routes to take.

this accommodation offers close proximity to many attractions. it is roughly a 15-minute walk to san marco square. the hotel is located near a pier (making transport convenient) and offers a lovely atmosphere to wander around.

i really liked how close it was to everything, like easy to walk to places. the room included some free drinks in its mini-fridge and that was cool. the staff was really awesome, especially silvia, because she helped us find our passports we left behind!
the parking cost too much, even with a discount of just 10%.

the hotel provides convenient access via vaporetto, since the stop is directly opposite the hotel, made travel so simple. there are drinks available in the mini bar.

a breakfast service exists for an extra charge, which features bakery goods. space is limited in the breakfast room, with only five or six tables. you should indicate if you want breakfast the night before.

the location is in the heart of everything, with easy reach to key sites. the train station is pretty accessible from here. the accommodation is near the grand canal.

The location was great, near the Accademia bridge (though I would have preferred the Rialto, naturally). The staff was helpful with directions.
My 'Double or Twin Room' was tiny. I could barely turn around. The promised canal view turned out to be a view of a brick wall (the pigeons seemed happy enough, though).
